Manager Operations
Candidate Profile:
Hands-on operations manager with 5-6 years of experience in supporting sales teams.
Currently, working or experience working with TPA is preferred.
Insurance Industry operations person or experience in Insurance broking.
Excellent MS Office skills and excellent in EXCEL formulas.
Minimum Education graduation (B. Com, BBA, B.Sc.,)
Excellent computer knowledge. – Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Job Responsibilities:
Handling Sales support services to the Sales team.
Responsible for entering policies in the SAIBA MIS
Maintain relationships with Insurance companies for smooth operations.
Document validation process and communication with the sales team
Robust support to the sales team on all the back-office tasks.
Taking care of all the operational needs like daily reporting, entering policies in MIS, etc
Service on change requests from customers and sales teams
