Role & Responsibilities:-
Evaluate current manufacturing processes and identify a more efficient and cost-effective facility layout.
Developing solutions to specific production issues
Improving manufacturing efficiency, Designing and installing equipment
Design & Development Overall Schedule Control and Coordination.
Creating and controlling of New Project Development Schedule and other supporting documents.
New project development work coordination with StepsIN Technologies members, Customers and suppliers.
Developing 3D Model & 2D Drawings
Creating of Costing sheet for Quotation
Develop maintenance standards, schedules and programs and provide guidance to industrial maintenance crews
Prepare for Actual Vs Targeted Cost.
Develops component and system tests to validate the performance of mechanical components which demonstrate manufacturability, compliance with CE EMC, and environmental stress.
Creating New Product 3D Modeling of conceptual design and prototype
Responsible for the development and maintenance of projects through conception, definition, design, documentation, and release to production.
Generate Drawings and Detailing of Parts, Assembly, and Welding.
Involvement in the assembly, testing and qualification of the components meeting the required specifications.
Generate Modification / Repair sheet.
Plan and manage projects, and prepare material, cost and timing estimates, reports and design specifications for machinery and systems
Creation of Bill of Material (BOM)
Conduct new product progress review meetings with StepsIN Technology members and Customers
Creating Final Design Prototype Report
Supervise and inspect the installation, modification and commissioning of mechanical systems at construction sites or in industrial facilities
Creating Jigs and Fixtures Drawings.
Reduce variability in manufacturing by providing standard work methods and work instructions
Control of Drawings and records.
Conducts root cause investigations and Failure analyses to solve reliability and performance issues on legacy products.
Reviewing quality standards, Collaborating with other engineers
Developing detailed layouts for equipment and processes
Ensure all product and system requirements are taken into account from the initial product conception to the finished result.
Maintaining process and product database
Suggest the products suitable to reduce the cost of production
Ensure product and process quality meets the specifications required
Investigate mechanical failures or unexpected maintenance problems
Prepare contract documents and evaluate tenders for industrial construction or maintenance
Supervise technicians, technologists and other engineers and review and approve designs, calculations and cost estimates.
Conduct the Review Meeting.
Design power plants, machines, components, tools, fixtures and equipment
Analyze dynamics and vibrations of mechanical systems and structures
