Job Brief: We are seeking a qualified Lab Technician to perform a variety of laboratory procedures. As a Lab Technician, you’ll handle sensitive equipment, analyze samples, and conduct tests. Your role is crucial in producing reliable results that contribute to scientific advancements.

Responsibilities:

• Receiving, labeling, and analyzing samples: You’ll work with various sample types, including blood, toxic substances, and tissues.
• Designing and executing laboratory testing: Follow standard procedures to conduct experiments and verify or reject hypotheses using refined scientific methods.
• Observing and interpreting findings: Record data accurately and report your observations.
• Organizing and storing chemicals and substances: Ensure compliance with safety instructions.
• Maintaining equipment: Assist in ordering laboratory supplies and keep the lab environment clean and orderly.

Requirements and Skills:

• Proven experience: You should have experience as a Lab Technician or in a relevant position.
• Equipment operation: Familiarity with both electrical and non-electrical laboratory equipment, as well as potentially dangerous substances (e.g., flammable liquids, infectious bacteria, biohazards).
• Knowledge of QHSE Systems: Understand quality, health, safety, and environmental systems, along with preventative measures and best practices.
• Physical condition: Excellent physical endurance is essential.
• MS Office proficiency: Especially in Excel and database system
