Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Assisting the HR team in recruitment and selection processes, including job posting, resume screening, and conducting initial phone screenings
2. Supporting the onboarding process by preparing new hire paperwork, conducting orientation sessions, and ensuring a smooth transition for new employees
3. Assisting with employee relations activities, including coordinating employee events, managing employee recognition programs, and addressing employee concerns
4. Assisting in the implementation and maintenance of HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations
5. Assisting in the administration of employee benefit programs, including enrollment, changes, and inquiries
6. Assisting in the coordination of training and development initiatives, including scheduling and logistics
7. Providing general administrative support to the HR department, including maintaining employee files, data entry, and preparing HR reports
