Job Description
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Assist the design team in developing creative concepts and ideas for marketing campaigns, social media posts, print materials, website graphics, and other visual content
2. Create and edit graphics, illustrations, and layouts using industry-standard software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
3. Collaborate with the team to understand project requirements and objectives, ensuring timely completion of design projects
4. Help in the creation and maintenance of the company's brand identity, ensuring consistency across all design assets
5. Participate in brainstorming sessions to contribute innovative design ideas and solutions
6. Conduct research and stay updated on the latest design trends and techniques to enhance creative output
7. Assist in photo editing and retouching tasks as needed
8. Support the team in various administrative tasks related to graphic design projects

Other requirements
1. A strong passion for graphic design and a desire to learn and grow in the field
2. Proficiency in using Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) or similar design software
3. Basic understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout composition
4. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and take direction from senior designers
5. Excellent attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
6. Strong communication skills and the ability to articulate design concepts effectively
