Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Global Talent Management Executive/IT Recruiter to oversee talent acquisition, development, and retention strategies
for our organization's IT department. The ideal candidate will have a proven
track record in global headhunting, resourcing, and talent management within
the IT industry. This role requires a strategic thinker with exceptional
leadership abilities, strong communication skills, and a deep understanding of
global IT talent trends.
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement effective global talent acquisition strategies to
attract top IT professionals.
Utilize a variety of sourcing methods, including headhunting, networking, and
talent databases, to identify and engage potential candidates.
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their talent needs and develop
job descriptions and requirements accordingly.
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including candidate screening,
interviews, offer negotiations, and onboarding.
Create and execute talent development programs to enhance the skills and
capabilities of existing IT team members.
Identify high-potential individuals within the organization and implement
career development plans to nurture their growth.
Implement initiatives to promote employee engagement, satisfaction, and
retention within the IT department.
Conduct regular talent assessments to identify gaps and develop strategies to
address them.
Stay informed about global IT talent market trends, including skill shortages,
emerging technologies, and competitor strategies.
Analyze talent market data to make informed decisions about recruitment
strategies, compensation packages, and talent development initiatives.
Provide regular reports and insights to senior leadership regarding the
organization's talent landscape.
