Education- Graduate and diploma in Export / import

Experience-1-3 years as a coordinator

Fluent in English

• Maintain communication with the softwood sales team and the Shipping Coordinators at the softwood sawmills to ensure the shipping schedules are on track, calendars are synced and maintained, and that carriers are communicating with the shippers and receivers.
• Report on inventory levels at the beginning and end of each week and address the data in weekly sales meetings with upper management.
• Maintain supplier, sales, and customer records.
• Ensure delivery of exported product by:
• booking and managing shipments with freight forwarders,
• preparing, acquiring, and distributing all necessary export documents, and
• invoicing customers and monitoring payments.
• Provide invoicing and sales support for the particleboard sales team by entering orders, answering phones, and responding to emails.
• Prepare monthly CPA reports.
• Track and monitor all rail freight from origin to destination.
• Manage monthly and weekly fuel surcharges for rail and trucking as well as all rail freight and routes.
• Oversee demurrage and dispute freight bills as needed.
• Respond to emails, phone calls, and customer inquiries for the sales team.
• Perform additional duties as required by supervisor.
• On-site attendance is essential to effectively perform the listed duties and responsibilities.
