We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven individual to join our team as a Cold Calling and Lead Generation Specialist. The primary responsibilities of this role will include generating leads through cold calling, networking, and online research, as well as collecting and organizing necessary documents for the sales team. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a strong work ethic, and a proactive approach to lead generation.
Responsibilities:
Conduct cold calls to potential leads and prospects, introducing our products/services and generating interest.Research and identify new leads through online platforms, industry events, and networking opportunities.Maintain a database of leads and prospects, regularly updating contact information and tracking interactions.Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective strategies for lead generation and conversion.Collect and organize documents required for sales transactions, including contracts, agreements, and client information.Ensure all documents are accurate, complete, and compliant with company policies and regulations.Communicate effectively with internal teams to facilitate the document collection and review process.Assist with administrative tasks as needed, including data entry, scheduling, and report generation.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in cold calling, lead generation, or sales prospecting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage prospects and build rapport.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, particularly in document management and data entry.
- Ability to work independently and proactively, with a goal-oriented mindset and a sense of urgency.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
