Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Business Development Executive. The Business Development Executive will be responsible for new business development, lead generation, communication, and account management. The role will involve identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and managing accounts to achieve sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
· Prospect and generate leads through various channels, including cold calling, networking, referrals, and online research.
· Conduct market research to identify potential clients, industry trends, and competitive landscape.
· Build and maintain a robust pipeline of prospective clients and opportunities for business development.
· Initiate contact with decision-makers and key stakeholders at target companies to introduce our HR consultancy services.
· Understand client needs, pain points, and objectives to tailor our services and solutions accordingly.
· Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and pitches to effectively communicate the value proposition of our services.
· Negotiate contracts, terms, and pricing with clients to secure new business and achieve sales targets.
· Collaborate with internal teams, including HR consultants and business development professionals, to ensure client needs are met and expectations are exceeded.
· Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales activities, and progress in CRM system.
