Key Responsibilities:
Branch Operations: Oversee day-to-day operations of the branch, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and facility maintenance, to ensure smooth functioning.
Sales and Business Development: Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth and achieve revenue targets. Identify new business opportunities and foster relationships with key customers and partners.
Team Leadership: Lead, motivate, and develop a team of sales and service professionals. Provide coaching, guidance, and performance feedback to help team members reach their full potential.
Customer Service Excellence: Ensure that the branch delivers exceptional customer service at all times. Address customer inquiries, complaints, and escalations promptly and effectively.
Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements. Implement measures to mitigate operational risks and maintain a safe and secure environment for staff and customers.
Financial Management: Manage branch budgets, expenses, and profitability. Monitor financial performance metrics and take corrective actions as needed to optimize branch profitability.
Reporting and Analysis: Prepare regular reports on branch performance, sales trends, and market insights. Use data-driven insights to make informed decisions and drive continuous improvement.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Management, or related field. MBA is a plus.
Proven experience in branch management or a similar leadership role
Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate others.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Sound knowledge of sales techniques, financial management principles, and business operations.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and problem-solve in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications.
