Job Description:-
Responsible for making outbound calls and regular follow-ups on leads assigned
Ability to switch your communication style on a whim.
Communicating verbal acceptances of offers to our sales team for closing
Exposure to diverse viewpoints, cultural norms, and experiences.
Superb interpersonal, research, and record-keeping skills.
Build a strong relationship/trust with customers by understanding the customer requirements and suggesting the right product to the Customers.
Understand customer need
Explaining the product features in detail and how to use the packages.
Understand the Customer requirements, and encourage them to upgrade/renew the packages.
Handling inbound calls & outbound calls
Address all the issues/grievances of customers and provide the right customer experience.
Building and maintaining profitable relationships with key customers.
Superb verbal communication.
Overseeing the relationship with customers handled by your team.
Calling active and budding clients to encourage the purchase of items.
Addressing clients' uncertainties, grievances, and suggestions on time.
Resolving customer complaints quickly and efficiently.
Noting important details of each conversation.
Keeping customers updated on the latest products in order to increase sales.
Expanding the customer base by upselling and cross-selling.
Understanding key customer individual needs and addressing these.
Proficient in all Microsoft applications.
Solve customer's queries over the phone
Superior product knowledge.
Capacity to receive critique without internalizing it.
