Key Responsibilities :-

  • Ensure all services in scope and contractual obligations are delivered to clients in a timely manner with requisite quality levels
  • Responsible for process adherence at Client level and desk/seat-level performance 
  • Responsible for day-to-day operations through supervision of team performance by regularly monitoring and reviewing daily effectiveness on delivery indicators
  • Deliver by regularly reviewing and developing contractual schedules (PDCs) to deliver on current service level aspirations
  • Demonstrate solution orientation and engage in resolution of complex customer problems around quality of delivery
  • Review and build SOPs based on quality/process issues encountered during delivery
  • Build and maintain transactional error database thereby creating a pipeline for people/process/IT interventions to augment quality of service
  • Demonstrate team work and engage in team building exercises
