Key Responsibilities

1.    Will be a subject matter expert on Labour law compliances 
2.    Research and create PAN India compliance repositories
3.    Responsible for updating changes in Acts, rules, procedures under compliances
4.    Train the team on compliance related aspects

Job Specifications  
1.    Relevant Experience: 6-10 years in Labour Law compliances .  
2.    Min Qualification Required: Post Graduate in HR / Labour Law
3.   Threshold Competencies(non-negotiable skills required): 
           - Knowledge of PAN India labour compliances
           - Ability to research on compliance related matters
           - Good communication and presentation skills
           - Coordination skill
           - Self starter and learner
           - Good MS Office skills
