Key Responsibilities:

 Lead the Compliance Consulting Locational Service Delivery Team at a National Level 

Will own up to  knowledge , subject matter expertise and on ground execution of service delivery within the SBU 

Lead, develop and monitor the locational service delivery teams to ensure agreed deliverables to the clients are met on an ongoing basis 

Provide subject matter expertise/advisory support to clients as required 

Build relationships with senior Regulatory officials in key markets/govt. departments

Desired Skills and Qualifications  : 

  1. Relevant Experience: Atleast  12 -15 years in Labour Law compliances – either in a corporate or in a consulting organization. Preferably  should currently a be in  Compliance Ops/ Compliance management related either managing the function within  a Corporate or for a consulting organization   
  2. Minimum Qualification Required: Post Graduation  in HR /MBA HR / Labour Law/ ( A degree in Law is highly preferred)
  3. Threshold Competencies(non-negotiable skills required):
    •         Knowledge of PAN India labour compliances – across Industries 
    •         High energy level, articulate and customer centricity
    •         Growth mindset and Solution oriented approach
    •         Should have experience in managing atleast mid sized teams
  4. Desired Competencies (good to have skills):
    1.  Prior Experience in interacting with Regulatory Official
    2. Ability to build upon the current structure /processes to make it more, cost      effective, efficient and scalable to business growth
