Qualification :- Any Graduate

Key Responsibilities :-

  • Should have knowledge on Processing payroll for between 200 to 800 head count  and 4 to 5 clients.                                        

  • Should have processed payroll through software.             

  • Knowledge of excel and MS Word– All functions including V-look up, H-Look up, pivot table, Mail merge.                                                                                                              

  • Good knowledge of PF / PT / ESIC /LWF.                               

  • Knowledge of Income tax – Income tax slab, calculation after capturing declaration / actual investment.                                 

  • Full and final settlement process.                                              

  • Follow up with the client for collection of invoices raised.
