Key Responsibilities :-

  • Ensure client is compliant on all Labour law requirements
  • Should be good at HR Compliance, Lobour law, Factory Act, S&E Act - PAN India
  • Coordinate with various stakeholders to get things done
  • Liaise with government authorities for registrations, renewals, inspections, notices etc
  • Reporting as per agreed timelines and in agreed manner
  • Provide updates on regulatory changes to the client on  real-time basis
  • Audit liaisoning
