Key Responsibilities :-

  • Drive Business HR activities for the Business units(new initiative, policies and strategies)                                                
  • Ensure Employee engagement, Employee satisfaction and retention for Business units. Ensure resolution to Employee issues/grievances within SLAs                                                  
  • Track early warning indicators and conduct retention/counselling meetings. Drives Career planning and People development into the business unit                              
  • Provides day-to-day performance management guidance to line management                                                                          
  • Works closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention.  Provides HR policy guidance and interpretation
  • Attrition analysis and exit out calling to understand trends and make recommendations. Plan and organize Town halls and fun activities as well as welfare and cultural activities  
  • Responsible for Rewards & Recognition program administered in the business unit. Responsible for day to day general HR activities. HR metrics and reporting
