Key Responsibilities :-

  • Managing Key Accounts across region
  • Driving the business by engaging with various stake holders across industry 
  • Playing an integral role in new business pitches and hold responsibility for the effective on- boarding of new clients 
  • Formulate business plans for all current and opportunity tender business
  • Focusing on growing and developing existing clients, together with generating new business 
  • Meeting up regularly with clients to understand their requirements and drive the business 
  • Presently providing end to end HR services, looking into the operational aspects of every account, cross selling, adding up of more business, client se rvicing
  • Regular monitoring of reports, accessing and forecasting the revenue to be generated

  • Should have handled IT staffing clients
