Roles & Responsibilities: (Only Chennai Candidates)

- Collaborate with design teams and customers to create garment
designs considering style, fabric, fit, and functionality.

-Uphold high tailoring standards to ensure exceptional quality in the
finished products.

- Find and acquire top-quality materials required for production,
managing strong relationships with suppliers.

- Oversee production timelines, coordinating with the Master Tailor or
Head of Production.

- Conduct thorough inspections of finished products to identify and
address any defects or issues during production.

-Coordinate effectively between design, production, marketing, and
customers for streamlined communication and workflow.

- Maintain detailed records of designs, materials, and production
processes while generating necessary production reports.

Key Skills:

- Bachelor Degree in Fashion Designing with Min 1 year of hands-on experience.

- Should have strong knowledge on Design as well as Tailoring.

- NIFT is an added advantage.

- English communicational skills - Oral, Telephonic, Written.
