3. After Sales Service

• Login Customers booking in CRM Department

• Follow-up for payments or dues

• Ensuring on time Register of the sold properties

• Ensuring the property delivery with all proper work done

• Interact with customers to know their problems, including pre & post sales services related to documentation, loan, possession, handover etc.

4. Channel Sales Development

• Identify new channel partners from market & connect them to company along with their registration.

• Generating revenue through channel sales

• Finding and meeting new channels every month
