At Motosavvy Service Hub Pvt. Ltd., we are in search of a skilled ideal candidate to join our team as a Business Development Executive (BDE). In this role, you'll be responsible for promoting and selling our annual car and bike subscription products, which have become essential offerings for our valued customers. Your primary duties will involve generating leads, nurturing client relationships, and ultimately closing deals. We’re looking for a candidate who can effectively communicate the value of our products and drive sales growth through compelling presentations and negotiation skills.

Requirements & Skills:

- Bachelor’s Degree: Preferred in Business, Marketing, or related field.
- Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written abilities for engaging potential customers and conveying product benefits.
- Proactive Mindset: Driven to seek and pursue new business opportunities.
- Telephone Proficiency: Essential for effective sales calls and client rapport.
- Organizational Skills: Necessary for managing tasks, meeting deadlines, and maintaining productivity.
- Experience: 2-3 years in sales or business development, with a track record of meeting sales targets.
- Work Location & Schedule: Remote work; 6 days a week, Sunday off, 10:00 am to 7:00 pm.
- Language Proficiency: Fluent in English; regional language skills advantageous.
- Selection Process: Includes HR and Manager rounds. Target-based incentives are provided, with salary dependent on meeting targets post-7-day training.
