Position: Project Purchase - Electronics

Job Description

*Exploring, Sourcing & Developing new suppliers/vendors for electronics parts and PCB/PCBA for product development.

*Electronic Parts & PCB/PCBA sourcing and development. Commercial negotiation and settlement.

*Sourcing processes compliance e.g. RFQs process and ordering of parts.

*Series/Pre-series supplies PCBA/PCB Procurement

*Regular supplies fulfillment as against schedules.

*Knowledge of import of goods, customs clearance --

*ISO / IATF processes of procureement and vendor development function

*Cost reduction through VE / VA at supplier end

*Vendor development processes - supplier evaluation and audit, supplier enlistment, supplier rating system

*SAP (SAP Business One) hands on experience

KPI*Sourcing of parts within Target cost and target timelines.

*Series supplies- No line stoppage

*Process compliance of sourcing and ordering of parts and supplier enlistment
