Job Description:

We are seeking a passionate and experienced postgraduate teacher (PGT) specializing in chemistry to join our dynamic faculty as PGT Chemistry. Responsibilities:

Teach chemistry to students in classes XI and XII in accordance with the CBSE curriculum.
Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging and effective lessons that cater to diverse learning styles and abilities.
Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment conducive to learning and personal growth.
Use a variety of instructional strategies, resources, and technology to enhance teaching and learning outcomes.
Assess students' progress regularly through formative and summative assessments, and provide timely and constructive feedback.
Encourage critical thinking, inquiry-based learning, and scientific inquiry skills among students.
Foster a passion for chemistry by organizing and participating in extracurricular activities, science fairs, and competitions.
Collaborate with colleagues to develop interdisciplinary teaching approaches and share best practices.
Communicate effectively with students, parents, and colleagues regarding academic progress, concerns, and achievements.
Stay updated with advancements in the field of chemistry education and incorporate relevant changes into teaching practices.

Requirements:

Master's degree in chemistry or a related field.
B.Ed. or equivalent teaching qualification from a recognized institution.
Minimum of 5 years of teaching experience in CBSE schools, preferably at the senior secondary level.
Excellent subject knowledge and understanding of the CBSE curriculum and assessment patterns.
Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
