Responsibilities:
Collaborate in developing and creating product catalogs, including organizing and categorizing products effectively.
Regularly monitor and update product information in the catalog, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and consistency.
Liaise with vendors and internal teams to obtain accurate product data, resolve catalog-related issues, and optimize content.
Maintain detailed records of changes and updates made to the product catalog, ensuring version control and easy accessibility.
Monitor and manage inventory levels in the catalog, ensuring product availability is accurately reflected.
Provide product recommendations and advice to customers, assisting them in finding the right products based on their needs.
Contribute to developing promotional materials related to the product catalog, ensuring accurate and engaging representation of products.
Offer recommendations to internal teams on catalog optimization, leveraging insights and market trends.
Conduct research and analysis of market trends, identifying new products and opportunities for inclusion in the catalog.
Ensure compliance with applicable regulations and standards, such as product labeling and categorization.
Develop and maintain organized databases, ensuring data integrity and easy access to catalog information.
Prepare and present regular reports on the status of the product catalog, including updates, performance metrics, and recommendations for improvement.
