Key Result Areas:
Induction and Onboarding :
• Conduct Induction for all new hire Associates/DDEs.
• Track and publish induction report along with observation and scores for each Associate/DDEs.
• Ensure new hires are trained and certified on product, process, and systems.
• Conduct On the Job Training (OJT) with all new Associates as per the Induction and onboarding guidelines.
• Track, maintain, and publish all reports related to induction and onboarding.
Drive and manage assessment of training and development needs.:
• Identify performance gaps and take corrective actions.
• Drive and adhere to the training and development need assessment guidelines.
• Create action plans for training and development across different channels.
• Conduct OJTs / field visits with identified bottom/moderate performers.
Monitor and track training effectiveness to periodically enhance the quality of the same
• Track training effectiveness, publish pre and post training report.
• Resolve any specific problems that may arise as trends on training effectiveness.
• Share training effectiveness reports with relevant internal stakeholders.
Understanding and application of best practices
• Maintain a keen understanding of training trends across industries and within the industry.
• Track and follow best practices on training and development.
• Ideate ways to incorporate the best practices to the current training and development initiatives
Calendar and Reports
• Prepare and roll out monthly calendar basis the training need in discussion with the stakeholders.
• Maintain the actualization report of the calendar.
• Maintain detailed report and record of attendance, assessment score, certification score.
• Analyze reports and share findings on patterns and gaps wherever found.
eLearning and Training Delivery
• Provide inputs to the content team to ensure content is relevant to the target audience and the training objective.
• Drive and ensure coverage of the digital learning modules assigned.
• Ensure LMS usage and share feedback with the central team to help improvise.
• Ensure trainings and programs rolled out by central team are delivered/executed.
Major Activities for Trainer:
1. Conduct classroom Induction / refreshers.
2. Conduct virtual induction / refreshers.
3. Conduct OJTs with new hires.
4. Conduct Training Need Analysis for the region and identify bottom performers.
5. Prepare Training calendar in consultation with the regional stakeholders.
6. Performance Coaching for bottom performers.
7. Maintain, update, analyze, and publish MIS – training reports and calendar, coverage, assessment, and certification score, pre & post training reports.
8. Drive eLearning in the region to ensure 100% coverage.
9. Drive and ensure LMS usage.
