Key Responsibilities:

1. Research and Analysis:

1. Conduct high quality primary research through expert and ecosystem stakeholder discussions.

2. Analyse data collected from different sources including in-house tech data, primary research and build insights.

2. Sector expertise:

1. Build sector knowledge through existing knowledgebase, data, and IP- along with qualitative understanding.

2. Contribute to client and ecosystem knowledge sharing sessions through deep data research and insights.

3. Client deliverables:

1. Build relevant XL files and ensure benchmarks product is up to date with accurate research data.

2. Work with manager in resolving client queries and doing additional research for query resolution.

4. Org building activities:

1. Support in organizational initiatives or become a part of ongoing initiatives to create a better organization.

Expected Profile:

• Graduate from Tier 1 / 2 colleges with 0–1-year experience (2023 or 2024 passout)

• Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)

• Strong analytical and critical thinking

• Proficient in Microsoft XL

• Must possess the ability to meet the stipulated quality of tasks and timelines.

• Driven/Motivated about working in an entrepreneurial setup & eager to do primary research and take ownership of work.
